CW Academy is in full swing again for the Fall classes. I hunted other CW ops during the K1USN SST and participated in the CWOps CW Open contest for the first time this week.

I’m getting excited for my upcoming CWOps Academy Intermediate class which begins at the end of August and runs until mid-October. I started playing around with straight keys this week. Still struggling a bit with the KH1.

I finally activated US-1596 Seneca Creek State Park near Gaithersburg, Maryland via CW. That was a lot of fun and only took me three tries!
